Selling to local farm shops was a simple business idea that took hold and grew - we still use the original recipe for elderflower liqueur to this day. Wild elder blossoms poured into Pev`s family garden and together they turned it into something hearty. Our first bottle of Belvoir elderflower liqueur was also made in Vale - almost 40 years ago in the farm kitchen of our owner Peverel Manners. Our great team of gourmets and thinkers, tasters and sellers, pickers and packers is here - working with nature to create our range of premium soft drinks.
